You should have a JDK 1.8+ installed on your PC if not already then installed it
Install NetBean if not already setup form https://netbeans.org/downloads/6.1/index.html
Download and install Microsoft SQL Server (Express edition) DBMS from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-downloads
If SQL Server Management studio is not install by default within previous step then download and install from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/ssms/download-sql-server-management-studio-ssms?view=sql-server-ver15
